Service
Coflow provides an informational financial dashboard for Belgian self-employed users. The service is offered as-is, with paid tiers (Pro, Command) billed in EUR excluding BTW. Pricing on the pricing page applies.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of data you enter. One account per person. You must be 18+ and registered as self-employed in Belgium (eenmanszaak / indépendant) to use the financial features.
Not financial advice
Coflow is not a registered accountant or tax advisor. All calculations are provisional. You remain solely responsible for your filings to FOD Financiën and your sociaal verzekeringsfonds. See the Legal disclaimer.
Payment & cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per Stripe policy and Belgian consumer law.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of rate limits, fraudulent data, or use that violates Belgian law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed tax deadlines or filing errors.
Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
